| Self Description | | I guess I'll start by saying that I'm about 6'1", 260 lbs., with dark brown skin, and brown eyes surrounded by glasses. I sport locs (that are very stylishly maintained, and flattering). I put my description out there in the beginning, so that if I am not your "cup of tea", so to speak, then we don't have the awkward experience of meeting, and wasting each others time. I am not a sista' with low self esteem, or a multitude of issues. I don't play games with people, and have no patience for such things. I'm just a straight-up, honest-to-goodness, "real lady".
I am fun-loving, compassionate, and love to laugh and smile. I am also hard-working, and committed to living life to the fullest.
I have not been doing too much socializing, since the Lord called my beloved friend of 26 years, and husband-to-be to Heaven, after a lengthy illness a little over a year ago. For some strange reason, I was led to this site, although I haven't been looking for a serious relationship; as my heart continues to heal, I am slowly reemerging, and starting to love life again, and am open to stimulating conversation, and going out for various activities.
