| Self Description | | I am a professional single woman. I have been employed in my current position almost nine years. I am currently divorced and the Church has annulled my marriage. My divorce was final almost a year ago. I have not been dating since my divorce because I felt that I needed to heal and understand the mistakes I made in my first marriage. I have two dogs that I consider my children (since I don't have any children of the human variety) I enjoy spending time outdoors, watching football, reading and spending time with friends and family. Through the process of my separation and ultimately my divorce, I have found the Church again. I did not attend regularly for about five years after the death of my father. I am glad to be back in the Church and feel that it has brought a lot of peace to my life. It is important to me to begin a family in the next five years. I very much want to be a mother. My job allows me to work with children and it truly affirms my desire for a family. I am independent. I think my independence allows me to be free of the neediness some people display in regard to having to be in a relationship. I do not have to be with someone to be happy. I love to laugh. I view life with the glass half full type of attitude. |
