Basic Information
| Self Description | | I am a geek, and there is no doubt about it. I love science fiction books and movies, music, particularly instrumental and classical. (I studied music for three years, and I play tuba--geek. you are agreeing with me now.) For my birthday, I just picked up a guitar, so I'm going to start learning how to play. I'm also crazy about photography, I'm into computers and fixing their problems...sometimes I'll make a problem just so I can fix it. To top it off, I'm also a graphic designer, refining my skills by studying graphic and web design online. A geek, you say? Well, at least I am an artistic geek.
But I'm not a geek that runs around with a pocket protector and talks about video games all day--I'm somewhat normal (whatever normal is). I work, currently at a call center, go to school, go to the gym, watch my completely awesome television, and spend time with family and friends. Oh, and did I mention that I love to cook?
As a Roman Catholic and former seminarian, I am quite serious about my faith, but I'm not the type that needs to constantly discuss it and talk it up. I prefer to let our Catholic faith shape everything I do and say, living Christ to the best of my ability.
I am quite interested in getting to know you as a person, which brings me to the only criterion for you--that you be you. When you are with me, you can plan to be treated like a lady. You get doors opened for you, chairs pulled out for you, and flowers, particularly when you don't expect them. It brings me great joy to make others feel special, particulary those I am romantically interseted in.
So be prepared to be treated well when you are with me--that is how I roll. I, as many have told me, am a nice guy, one that isn't like other guys out there. The tale is true--nice guys do finish last, and I am honestly tired of it, but I'm not going to change me and my image of being a gentleman to "draw more of the ladies."
