| Self Description | | I'm not really good at filling these things out, but I'll give it a shot. Hi, I'm Matthew, Matt for short.
I live in Raceland, which surprisingly can be found on some maps. I've lived in Orlando, Florida as well while working at Magic Kingdom on the Walt Disney World College Program.
I am the third oldest of 5 kids, and I have four sisters. My faith in God and my family are very important to me. I'd like to find someone with similar family values.
Let's see, some adjectives that describe me: caring, friendly, intelligent, honest, trustworthy, logical, dependable, observant, and witty. I am a gentleman and I respect others and their views, even if they differ from my own.
I have a variety of interests including:
guitars, stringed instruments (and all other musical instruments), history, boat building, computers, web design, literature and the arts, reading, creative writing, films, cultures, learning languages, outdoors, animals (especially dogs), aviation, air shows, warbirds, martial arts, fencing and swords, cycling, soccer, cross country running, video and computer games, military (history, technology, tactics, etc.), robots, facebook, and youtube.
I'm also reading up on something called fursuiting. If you've been to any theme park with costumed characters, or seen mascots, it's the same thing. I'd like to make a fursuit or two and volunteer at a children's hospital or a children's ward in a hospital someday. It would be a fun thing to do, and getting to see those kids smile would be the best part. I wouldn't mind sharing in that joy with the right girl if she is willing to go on those visits with me.
I'm a senior at Nicholls State University, and I plan to graduate in December of 2008. After that my plan is to go to grad school at LSU. |
