Life is great and it can be even better! I am a confident optimist and try to find good in everything and everyone--not always easy, I might point out!

I love my family, Chicago, and the Cubs and my Catholic faith is important to me although I'm not rigid in my religious beliefs.

I'm easy-going, am always finding humor in situations and think of others before myself.

My three children are all in their 20s.

I workout 3-5 times a week and also like to golf (average player...but I have fun).

I'm looking for someone who is excited about life, is open to communicating feelings in a loving, mature way and who knows she'll get the same from me. I always give people the benefit of the doubt and always think the best of them first. I'm easy-going, but not a pushover.

Ideally, we'd share a number of interests. Others of mine include photography, taking walks, attending sporting events (did I mention I was a Cubs fan? LOL ), concerts, just relaxing at home catching up on what the DVR recorded, or just sitting together talking about this crazy world we live in.

I also love getting together with friends...even just to have them over to have a pizza and play Scrabble, trivia or some other game.
